Hello! I’m Daylen Turk. With a degree in Photojournalism I’ve worked to hone my craft in telling the story of the human experience, focusing on times of political and social unrest by documenting protests, riots, and marches. I believe that it is in these moments that we as people show some of the most powerful and most vulnerable parts of ourselves all under the guise of the most critical right we have: freedom of speech. I aim to document every protest I can in an effort to codify these actions in history and tell the story behind the moments the surmount to movements that can shake the foundation of power above them.
